Vestlane 2025: Year in Review

2025 was a year of continued momentum for Vestlane. While more focused than previous years, it marked meaningful growth across our platform, steady expansion of our investor network, and important progress in building the digital infrastructure private market teams rely on every day.

Growth at a Glance

Over the past year, Vestlane supported 506 funds and SPVs, with 168 new structures added in 2025 alone. In parallel, the total fund sizes supported through the platform reached €16 billion, reflecting the growing scale and complexity of managers using Vestlane to run their operations.

Our investor community also continued to expand. We now support 8,300+ investor profiles, underlining the increasing demand for digital, compliant, and scalable onboarding experiences.

Product Progress & Platform Evolution

Throughout the year, we focused on strengthening Vestlane’s role within the broader private markets tech ecosystem. This included expanding our API onboarding integrations, enabling smoother connectivity with fund administrators and service providers.

Platform enhancements continued with introducing workflow improvements and AI-powered features designed to reduce friction across onboarding and fund operations. Alongside this, we shared insights on why robust digital infrastructure is becoming essential for asset managers, particularly as regulatory and operational demands continue to rise (read more here).

We also took important steps toward enabling a fully end-to-end digital fund stack, highlighted in our collaboration with Quantium and discussed in more detail in our post on building a complete digital fund infrastructure.

Another milestone this year was the rollout of AI-driven Qualified Electronic Signatures via DocuSign, helping firms accelerate signing workflows while maintaining regulatory confidence, as covered in our article on AI-powered QES.

Beyond product updates, 2025 was defined by the real-world impact Vestlane delivered for our customers.
