Every change, approval, or update is at your fingertips, offering total peace of mind.

📌 Custom settings for carry vehicles

To ensure compliance with specific legal and economic requirements, we’ve introduced new settings for carry vehicles. Vestlane is constantly evolving based on your feedback, keeping our platform aligned with your needs.

📌 Additional AML Risk Questions

The AML section just got more flexible! You can now activate additional risk questions to better accommodate your KYC needs. It’s all about making your AML process as comprehensive and adaptable as possible.

👍 Improved Comment Management

• Fund Managers in Control: Only fund managers can resolve comment threads, ensuring you have full control over the process.
• Easier Navigation: Clear red bubble icons now make spotting unresolved comments a breeze, helping both investors and fund managers stay on top of outstanding issues.
• Parallel Workflow: No more screen blocking when viewing comments! You can now work on the subscription workflow while managing comments side by side.

👍 Quick Notification Management

Fund managers can now unsubscribe from fund-related email notifications with ease! A new button within the notification email allows you to disable notifications without needing to log in to Vestlane.

👏 AENU closes €170m fund to double down on Seed/Series A in energy transition & carbon economy. LPs include European Investment Fund (EIF), KfW Capital , Rentenbank, impact-driven entrepreneurs Lawrence Leuschner (TIER Mobility), Anna Alex (Planetly), Michael Wax (Forto) and Niklas Zennström (Skype) and family offices like E.R. Capital Holding and Bertelsmann Investments.

👏 Amberra has achieved the first closing of its fund at the end of August and is now intensifying its fundraising efforts. The team is beginning the operational phase to engage with startups in sectors like housing, health, and sustainability. They’re open to meeting founders at Bits & Pretzels in Munich.
